As a Retail Marketing Manager at CHRIST, you will execute marketing campaigns focusing on store activations and drive customer engagement for a leading omnichannel jeweler.
Responsibilities
You plan and execute marketing campaigns from concept to final implementation with a particular focus on store activation (micro-campaigns).
You maintain an overview of all POS activities and keep all stakeholders informed about timings, changes and execution.
You plan and implement marketing actions for new store openings, including creating media plans and coordinating shopping center activities.
You monitor the brick-and-mortar competition and actively contribute new ideas for attracting customers to physical stores.
You manage and act as the contact person for our strategically important shopping centers and regularly provide them with content to promote CHRIST.
You support the sales managers in implementing drive-to-store initiatives at selected locations.
You negotiate, design and implement advertising campaigns for third-party brands for eCommerce as well as for the POS.
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a comparable commercial qualification
Initial professional experience in retail or trade marketing, ideally in an interface role between sales and marketing
Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, particularly with a focus on POS and store activations is an advantage
Strong communication and teamwork skills to act as the interface between different departments and external partners
Organizational talent with a high degree of independence and a solution-oriented working style
Creativity and innovative drive to develop new ideas for customer activation in brick-and-mortar retail
Analytical thinking skills to evaluate market and competitor data and make informed decisions
Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with project management tools like Asana and BI tools such as Power BI is a plus
Good written and verbal English skills
