Senior Marketing & Growth Manager responsible for Go-to-Market strategies and digital marketing campaigns for a health program. Collaborating with founders and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities
You develop the roadmap for our market entry.
You prioritize channels by efficiency (ROI) and decide how to allocate the budget.
You independently manage our paid campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads).
You monitor targeting, budgets and KPIs.
You plan our storylines and translate medical facts into clear messages.
You build automations (e.g., in ActiveCampaign) to efficiently convert prospects into customers.
You make data-driven decisions (CAC, conversion rates) and report directly to the founders.
Requirements
At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or e-commerce.
Ideally, you have supported a product launch.
Confident use of Ads Manager (Meta/Google), analytics tools and CRM systems.
You understand that 20 hours can't cover everything — and you have the courage to omit low-impact tasks (Pareto principle).
Excellent German and a knack for copy that sells without being sensationalist.
You are personally passionate about topics such as biohacking, longevity, prevention, or health tech.
