Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager for Brazil to lead our sales efforts and oversee marketing strategy in Brazil.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by meeting your own sales targets.
Lead and manage a team to achieve their goals.
Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation strategy.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure the team uses all channels effectively to generate sales.
Optimize conversion rates across the funnel through lead generation strategies, development, and training to increase the sales team’s close rates.
Take ownership of and manage inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Brazil.
Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture.
Report to senior management on sales, lead generation, and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Proven experience in a senior sales role with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales and marketing teams.
Deep knowledge of inbound lead generation strategies and multichannel marketing.
Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and guide strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external clients.
Fluency in Portuguese; English is mandatory and Spanish is highly desirable.
Strong results orientation and a passion for leading in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Deep understanding of the importance of consistent sales for the business and how this impacts other areas (hiring, promotions, bonuses, training, tools, etc.).
