About the role

  • Sales Coordinator managing customer service requests supporting the sales team. Handling data accuracy and compliance for commercial success in a company focused on sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end management and closure of all CCR cases with timely follow-ups and clear stakeholder communication
  • Handle CRM cases, regulatory inquiries, documentation requests, and coordinate customer sample tracking
  • Monitor open contracts and unfulfilled volumes, ensuring proactive customer follow-ups and closure
  • Manage sales rebates as per contract terms and obtain approvals for Credit/Debit Notes arising from CCR
  • Support IBP processes, quotation management, and sales reporting activities
  • Maintain accurate customer and contract master data, and support customer-led premix reformulations

Requirements

  • About 8-12 years of experience supporting sales team
  • Graduate / post-graduate qualification
  • Strong Communicator with problem solving, analytical thinking, business acumen
  • Ability to manage stakeholders exhibits a high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using SAP & office software like excel and power point
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical and conceptual skills
