Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end management and closure of all CCR cases with timely follow-ups and clear stakeholder communication
Monitor open contracts and unfulfilled volumes, ensuring proactive customer follow-ups and closure
Manage sales rebates as per contract terms and obtain approvals for Credit/Debit Notes arising from CCR
Support IBP processes, quotation management, and sales reporting activities
Maintain accurate customer and contract master data, and support customer-led premix reformulations
Requirements
About 8-12 years of experience supporting sales team
Graduate / post-graduate qualification
Strong Communicator with problem solving, analytical thinking, business acumen
Ability to manage stakeholders exhibits a high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills
Proficiency in using SAP & office software like excel and power point
Strong commercial acumen, analytical and conceptual skills
