- Manage a team of four HR Generalists

- Ensure day to day operational HR support is provided to managers and employees
- Support and lead HR transformational programs across Differentiating Markets Supply Chain
Requirements
- Professional HR qualification in local Country base
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in ER/LR leadership in a highly unionised manufacturing/industrial environment
- Experience supporting large scale HR transformations in fast-paced environments
- Strong HR analytical skills, designing & implementing KPI reports
- Must be fluent in English.
