About the role

  • Senior HR Manager managing HRBP support for Differentiating Markets Supply Chain. Leading a team focused on strategic workforce planning and HR transformational programs in a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HRBP support and guidance to the Differentiating Markets Supply Chain organisation
  • Manage a team of four HR Generalists
  • Focus on strategic workforce planning, talent management, employee wellbeing & engagement programmes
  • Ensure day to day operational HR support is provided to managers and employees
  • Support and lead HR transformational programs across Differentiating Markets Supply Chain

Requirements

  • Professional HR qualification in local Country base
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in ER/LR leadership in a highly unionised manufacturing/industrial environment
  • Experience supporting large scale HR transformations in fast-paced environments
  • Strong HR analytical skills, designing & implementing KPI reports
  • Must be fluent in English.
