About the role

  • Growth Marketing Associate responsible for Chemin's brand and marketing efforts in AI. Managing social channels and supporting content creation for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • LinkedIn & Social Channels: Own and grow Chemin's LinkedIn presence. Plan content calendars, write and schedule posts, engage with our audience, and track performance. You'll expand to other channels as the brand grows.
  • Content Production Support: Collaborate with the content lead on case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces. You'll help with research, drafting, editing, and publishing, particularly content aimed at technical and enterprise buyers.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that drive awareness and inbound interest from target verticals (AI companies, robotics firms, data annotation buyers).
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor positioning, and buyer language in the AI data ecosystem. Translate findings into actionable insights for content and messaging.
  • Brand & Collateral: Help develop marketing collateral, pitch support materials, one-pagers, and presentation decks in collaboration with the BD and POC teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on marketing metrics (engagement, reach, inbound leads) and use data to refine what's working.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, or content marketing. Internships at Tech/SaaS companies count.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex or technical concepts clearly. You can write for a CTO audience, not just a consumer one.
  • Genuine interest in AI, data infrastructure, or enterprise technology. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be curious about how AI products are built and what data they need.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel, you understand what performs and why.
  • Comfortable with light research: reading industry reports, scanning competitor sites, pulling together market context for content or campaigns.
  • A structured, self-directed working style. You can manage your own content calendar and flag blockers without being micromanaged.
  • Collaborative mindset, you'll work across BD, POC, and content functions within the Growth Team.
  • NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma) for creating simple visual assets.
  • Exposure to marketing analytics tools or CRM platforms.
  • Previous experience in a startup or early-stage company.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, but we care more about demonstrated ability and curiosity than credentials.

Benefits

  • You'll be one of the earliest marketing hires, with real ownership and room to grow into a senior role as the team scales.
  • You'll work at the intersection of AI and enterprise sales, one of the fastest-growing spaces in tech.
  • You'll be part of a small, collaborative Growth Team where your work directly impacts pipeline and brand perception.
  • You'll learn from experienced operators across brand, BD, and product.
