About the role

  • Marketing Analyst specializing in E-commerce content strategy for Samsung. Supporting global content management initiatives and collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the content management strategy with a focus on E-commerce (B2C), in partnership with the content marketing agency, aligning strategy with the needs and interests of customers and Samsung.
  • Translate concepts into outcomes and prototypes, evaluate user feedback, and design potential business gains by reviewing processes with partners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across countries/subsidiaries, performing daily follow-up to plan and execute content management action plans.
  • Contribute to localization and support subsidiaries in validating assets delivered by the regional agency.
  • Coordinate with the promotions team to ensure execution and visibility of promotional content.
  • Define the communication strategy for Samsung.com and recommend actions to subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with Samsung HQ to identify and apply best practices for the region in content management and publishing.
  • Support the preparation of weekly reports and presentations on results and strategies for senior management.
  • Ensure daily operational management to keep the website updated frequently.
  • Continuously review publishing processes and align SLAs with the partner agency.
  • Manage the publishing process and CMS content review with the agency, focusing on meeting the activation calendar from headquarters, regional teams and local operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital operations, ideally managing e-commerce content platforms and front-end operations such as VTEX, Xtech Commerce, Loja Integrada, Hybris, WooCommerce.
  • Experience in e-commerce content operational updates and product listing is a plus.
  • Hands-on profile with analytical skills, a sense of urgency and strong interpersonal skills, able to manage and align priorities.
  • Strong task organization and prioritization skills when working with agencies and subsidiaries using tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as quick communications via email and internal chat.
  • Fluent English.
