Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between IT and business/regional leadership to ensure technology initiatives align with strategic business objectives.
Lead IT input into business planning cycles, capturing needs for new projects, resources, and budgets.
Communicate IT priorities, roadmaps, and performance to leadership teams.
Develop high-quality content for the CDIO and the IT leadership team.
Define, implement, and monitor KPIs measuring IT service delivery, project success, and business impact.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field and experience.
6+ years of experience in IT business partnership, IT communications, or related IT leadership roles.
Experience with global and regional stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
Proven success managing business planning and alignment processes involving IT budgets, project portfolios, and strategy execution.
