About the role

  • Senior Account Executive managing B2B SaaS sales for public sector in Indonesia and Thailand. Building relationships, leading sales process, and executing go-to-market strategies in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed your quota through strategic and relentless prospecting and development of your sales pipeline in Indonesia and Thailand
  • Lead the entire sales process from discovery calls to contract negotiation to closing deals
  • Help develop compelling product positioning and messages specific to agencies’ mission, competitive drivers, sales channels, and more
  • Build relationships with customers based on trust and transparency resulting in network referrals that ultimately build Chainalysis’ brand awareness
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans that result in predictable and increasing quarterly forecasts
  • Forecast to management weekly and offer updates as to the status of your opportunities
  • Build a diverse pipeline of opportunities across public sector resulting in consistent and accurate forecasting
  • Develop, manage, and structure our relationships with local partners, resellers, and distributors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your customers and help build the crypto investigatory function in entire nations
  • Work alongside a pod who will support you in your sales effort
  • Establish relationships across departments at Chainalysis allowing you to provide expert advice to prospects related to technical concepts, product roadmaps, solutions implementations, training, and more

Requirements

  • A background in B2B SaaS sales within the public sector focused in managing and closing complex B2B SaaS sales in Indonesia, Thailand, or other ASEAN markets
  • Experience working with systems integrators, resellers, distributors and other partners to extend our reach in the local market
  • Strong client network in Public Sector - Law Enforcement, National Security and Regulatory agencies, or other Central Government bodies, ideally in Indonesia and Thailand
  • Strong client network among partners - and a strong understanding of which partners to use for which department
  • Experience with forecasting large deals and committing numbers to upper management
  • Demonstrated a history of building and executing a focused GTM strategy
  • A track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
  • Experience in both new business development and strategic account development
  • Both written and spoken fluency in English to communicate with customers and colleagues in Chainalysis' offices around the world
