Responsibilities
Svakodnevni kontakt s radnicima na temu radno pravnih odnosa
Komunikacija i suradnja s javnim službama (MUP, HZZ, HZZO, HZMO)
Primjena procesa ljudskih potencijala od zapošljavanja, odabira, onboarding zaposlenika na lokaciji sukladno internim uputama Poslodavca
Priprema sve potrebne dokumentacija za dolazak stranih radnike, te integracija istih unutar organizacije
Osiguranje efikasne administrativne podrške svim procesima te usklađenosti pravne regulative, sukladno standardima kompanije
Administrativna podrška u edukaciji i razvoju karijere
Ažurno generiranje izvještaja i aktivno prikupljanje povratnih informacija u vođenju ključnih projekata iz područja ljudskih potencijala
Requirements
VŠS, VSS poželjno ekonomski/pravni ili društveni smjer
Radno iskustvo na istim ili sličnim poslovima poželjno, ali nije uvjet
Napredno poznavanje rada u MS Office programima (Excel, Word i PowerPoint)
Strani jezici: znanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu
