About the role

  • Providing administrative support in the commercial departments of HME Brass Germany located in Berlin. Involves invoice processing, meeting coordination, and internal communication support.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support for the commercial departments
  • Systematic recording of incoming invoices and invoice verification
  • Coordination and organization of appointments, meetings and travel
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings, including minute-taking
  • Preparation and formatting of presentations and reports
  • Support for internal projects
  • Support to the commercial department in organizing and implementing internal communications
  • Assistance with planning and organizing company events, conferences, trade fairs or workshops

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an office clerk, industrial clerk or event manager, with basic accounting knowledge
  • Clear, concise and respectful communication with different departments and levels of hierarchy
  • Organizational skills, reliability and accuracy
  • Fast learner / quick comprehension
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
