Responsibilities
Administrative support for the commercial departments
Systematic recording of incoming invoices and invoice verification
Coordination and organization of appointments, meetings and travel
Preparation and follow-up of meetings, including minute-taking
Preparation and formatting of presentations and reports
Support for internal projects
Support to the commercial department in organizing and implementing internal communications
Assistance with planning and organizing company events, conferences, trade fairs or workshops
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an office clerk, industrial clerk or event manager, with basic accounting knowledge
Clear, concise and respectful communication with different departments and levels of hierarchy
Organizational skills, reliability and accuracy
Fast learner / quick comprehension
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
