About the role

  • Administrative employee handling tasks for Heinrich-Haus gGmbH in front and back office support. Involves team coordination, office organization, and customer data maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all administrative and organizational secretarial tasks within the front- and back-office team
  • Organizing and managing workflows and office operations
  • Maintaining customer master data in various IT systems
  • Appointment coordination, room scheduling, and preparation and follow-up for meetings
  • Professional handling of correspondence
  • Administrative support for management and school leadership

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training as an office management clerk (Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Willingness to work primarily in the afternoon hours (Mon–Fri)
  • Professional customer and service orientation
  • Strong team skills
  • Commitment, resilience, and reliability
  • Experience in a school office/secretariat and in an assistant role is desirable
  • Enjoyment working with and for people with disabilities
