About the role

  • Internal Communications Manager enhancing employee awareness and engagement at Crum & Forster. Responsible for executing strategic internal communications across various corporate functions and business divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and executing internal communications across corporate functions
  • Developing and executing communication and engagement strategies
  • Collaborating on all project phases from brainstorming through execution
  • Managing writing/editing for the Corporate Functions
  • Creating visual assets to support communications
  • Supporting internal employee events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of employee communications, public relations and/or marketing experience in a corporate setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications, PR, Journalism, Business or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint/OneDrive
  • Track record in developing and implementing internal communication plans
  • Graphic design/visual fluency
  • Proficient in email management systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Working knowledge of Workvivo, Cvent, Monday.com or similar project management platform
