About the role
- Multimedia Communications Officer handling graphic and video productions for BlueLink, enhancing communication strategies and collaborating with teams.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Group Deputy Director of Communications and Brand Image, you will be responsible for designing and producing internal and external graphic and video materials aligned with the group's strategic priorities.
- Designing and creating graphic elements for various media (e.g., point-of-sale materials, advertising, press, infographics, posters, logos, pictograms, email communications, etc.)
- Layout and typesetting of documents and communication materials (e.g., white papers, brochures, flyers, etc.)
- Creating content for social media
- Photo editing and retouching
- Overseeing implementation and adaptations of the brand guidelines
- Managing external requests related to logo and brand guideline usage
- Producing moodboards and storyboards from briefs
- Creating videos for internal and external communications
- Recording and editing podcasts
- Advising and supporting management on graphic and communication matters.
Requirements
- You hold a Bachelor's (Bac +3) or Master's (Bac +4) level degree in graphic design and/or audiovisual production, with initial experience as a graphic designer or in a communications agency.
- The graphic production workflow and desktop publishing software (Adobe Creative Suite, notably Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro) hold no secrets for you.
- You are comfortable recording and editing podcasts.
- You have a strong visual sensibility, a good command of typography and video, a pronounced artistic sense and excellent organizational skills.
- You are creative, curious, meticulous and responsive.
- You are autonomous and enjoy taking initiative and showcasing your talent.
- You enjoy working in a team while being proactive and contributing ideas.
