About the role

Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development and execution of communication plans and campaigns across various channels.
- Creating and editing internal and external communications content, including intranet articles, newsletters, social media posts, blog texts, and other materials.
- Supporting the coordination and communication of internal events and initiatives.
- Monitoring and reporting on communication activities and channel performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborating with the digital content producer to create visually appealing communication materials and graphics.
- Maintaining and updating internal channels and external platforms such as the company website and social media profiles.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas to various marketing & communication projects.
Requirements
- Recent degree or ongoing bachelor's or master's studies in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Some experience in copywriting, content management, and social media.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required; Finnish language skills are seen as a plus.
- Great teamworking skills.
