About the role

  • CRM Marketing Manager developing and scaling lifecycle marketing strategies for US Physicians group at AMBOSS. Utilizing multi-channel CRM to drive engagement, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and continuous optimization of multi-channel lifecycle journeys (Email, Push, In-App) within Braze.
  • Act as the single point of contact to internal stakeholders, translating high-level business goals into actionable CRM workflows that drive conversion and retention.
  • Own the reporting suite for CRM performance. You will move beyond open rates to analyze LTV, ROI, and incremental lift, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Spearhead the expansion of our communication ecosystem by integrating and scaling new channels (e.g., Push, SMS)
  • Innovate in the AI and Automation space to create applications and solutions for the team and the market

Requirements

  • Experience in the multichannel CRM environment (mobile/email/web).
  • A growth mindset to create campaigns that can move the needle and increase our market share
  • Affinity and interest to try new technologies
  • Knowledge of marketing automation software (e.g. Braze, Hubspot) and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and javascript-type languages like AMPscript
