About the role

  • Customer Success Manager enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement for B2B SaaS solutions in the DACH & Nordics region. Focus on strategic account management and client relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: As the primary point of contact, you manage a portfolio of 15–20 existing customers and build trusted business relationships.
  • Executive Engagement: You lead regular business reviews and strategy meetings, effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
  • Tailored Success Management: You develop bespoke success plans for your accounts and ensure their successful execution through active tracking.
  • Revenue Growth & Risk Management: You proactively identify churn risks early and take preventive actions while also recognizing and realizing cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Product Improvement: You work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering to incorporate valuable customer feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Innovation: You actively contribute to the evolution of our Customer Success strategy and implement new best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with complex implementation projects and stakeholder management across multiple levels.
  • You understand technical concepts and can explain complex SaaS products clearly.
  • Industry knowledge in pricing or mechanical and plant engineering is a plus.
  • Strong empathy and communication skills that help you build trusting customer relationships.
  • You work in a structured, data-driven way and enjoy using analytics tools and dashboards.
  • You speak fluent German (C1+) and good English (B2+), which is our company’s internal working language.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, as well as customer success tools, is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (1–2 times per month) to meet customers on-site (within the EU).
