Responsibilities
Responsible for regulatory communications for members, brokers, and employers across Medi-Cal, Individual & Family Plans, and Commercial Group
Implement strategic communications plan and marketing initiatives in support of business development
Interface with Corporate Marketing & Communications Department for consistency in branding
Lead large marketing/communication projects/initiatives
Act as liaison to subsidiaries and develop annual marketing programs
Write, design and produce communication materials
Develop promotional opportunities for health plans and specialty companies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
3+ years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing communications or healthcare department
Healthcare and practical design (Quark, Photoshop, etc.) experience preferred.
Experience in the healthcare industry and/or creating and updating member-facing communications (e.g., collateral, emails, and letters)
