Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of business process analysis experience in healthcare industry and/or customer service or enrollment functions
- Experience managing projects with a high reliance on technology
- Strong background in healthcare measurement methods and return on investment (ROI) analysis is preferred
- Experience using Excel at an advanced level is highly preferred
- Experience with New York member enrollment in Medicaid is preferred
