About the role

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with infrastructure support
- 5+ years of experience with networking fundamentals and advanced troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing and monitoring systems
- Thorough understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
- Implementation experience configuring routers and switches (Cisco, Brocade)
- Hands-on experience with firewall products (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco)
- Experience with security technologies (IPSec/SSL VPN’s, IDS/IPS, UTM, WAF)
- Network Management experience (Syslog, SNMP)
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Meraki, Viptella, CloudGenix, Fortinet)
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytics skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- After-hours and on-call rotation availability
- Bilingual – English and French (nice-to-have)
