New Patient Consultant assisting families to initiate their fertility journey at CCRM. Acting as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers during the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
Assisting new patients in initiating their CCRM Fertility journey
Understanding patient options and ensuring a seamless transition into care
Serving as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, providing information on the physicians and the CCRM patient experience
Registering patients into the electronic medical record system
Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
Answering incoming calls to aid the patient in scheduling a new patient appointment
Communicating information regarding CCRM’s physicians, services, and successes to potential patients
Obtaining necessary information from patients, including referral source, demographics, and insurance
Working in EMR-system to ensure all patient data is properly inputted and up-to-date
Sending consent forms via DocuSign to both patients and partners
Communicating with physicians, clinical/front office staff as needed to address patient questions or concerns
Maintaining and tracking internal forms and spreadsheets as directed by supervisor
Attending all staff and in-service meetings
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ year experience in large volume inbound call center preferred
1+ year experience in healthcare field preferred.
