Responsibilities

  • Leading, coordinating and providing visibility into engagement, communications, and training efforts for enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Provides strategic consultation and execution to support adoption of change initiatives
  • Applies structured change management methodology to facilitate change and promote adoption
  • Prepares stakeholders by assessing the magnitude and the complexity of change
  • Conducts thorough methodological analysis of change impacts
  • Creates and executes engagement and communications plans to ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of impending changes

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in organizational development or business-related field
  • minimum 5 years’ experience in change management, organization development or business transformation
  • minimum 2 years project leadership experience
  • strong communication and presentation skills
  • aptitude for understanding and leveraging technology
  • ability to lead/influence others
