About the role
- Consultant responsible for implementing ERP solutions at Proalpha for medical technology clients. Analyzing processes and optimizing business models, with flexible working options.
Responsibilities
- You advise our customers from the initial concept through to the implementation of our ERP software in the medical technology sector.
- You analyze existing processes and develop tailored concepts to design optimal business processes in ProAlpha.
- You present your overall concept in customer workshops.
- You support the timely, budget-compliant and quality-assured execution of all project phases while taking customer requirements into account.
- You actively contribute your own ideas and solution approaches to drive the conceptual development of ProAlpha in the medical technology domain.
Requirements
- Completed degree or technical vocational training
- Extensive professional experience in ERP consulting or in a responsible position within a medium-sized medical technology company (e.g., manufacture of medical devices, production of sterile medical products)
- Deep process understanding for manufacturing SMEs and strong methodological skills (project management, presentation, and facilitation/moderation)
- Creative, goal-oriented project management and a hands-on working style
- Very good German skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment
