About the role

Responsibilities
- You make complex international trade processes manageable for our clients by implementing our ERP solution Proalpha.
- Using your knowledge of customs, export and shipping, you support demanding projects and actively contribute to the further development of our ERP solution.
- As the lead for customs and international trade topics, you guide customers through processes such as shipment processing, export control and goods origin & preferences (WuP).
- By setting up and configuring solutions and interfaces, you ensure smooth operations.
- In collaboration with customers you structure requirements and define best-practice processes for shipping and customs.
- Together with project management, development and service teams you help drive the ongoing enhancement of the standard software.
- In workshops and customer training sessions you educate our customers on all customs and international trade topics.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a comparable field
- Several years of practical experience in international trade, operationally or as a consultant—ideally in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of processes in mid-sized manufacturing companies, presentation and facilitation techniques, and export and customs systems such as FORMAT or AEB
- Solution-oriented mindset, technical affinity and a confident customer-facing manner
- Excellent German and English skills for communication in an international environment.
