Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective new clients that can benefit from our services
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Collaborate with service lines to gain understanding of offerings and client solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and new growth opportunities
Requirements
Strong understanding of tax and audit processes and/or complimentary professional services
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience (10+ years) in sales within the financial and/or professional services sector
Familiarity with research tools (such as ZoomInfo)
Professional and effective lead generation and prospecting skills
Mature understanding of the lifecycle of a business
Oral presentation skills
Basic familiarity with proposal responses
Excellent technology skills with solid experience in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience tracking leads and activity in a CRM system (MS Dynamics experience a plus)
Experience with solution selling into the decision makers at asset managers and investors
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and new business initiation goals
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience with attending industry functions and the ability to provide feedback
