Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and define requirements that align with both system capabilities and operational objectives

- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize D365 operational efficiency and enhance reporting accuracy
- Define and own Dynamics 365 F&O architecture across Finance, preferred Supply Chain, and Project Operations
- Manage functional and technical interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with CE, ISV solutions, and Power Platform
- Collaborate with Caterpillar, Dealers, and business stakeholders to elicit and document ERP requirements
Requirements
- 8 – 10+ years in ERP/CRM solution delivery, including 6 + years hands ‑ on with Dynamics 365 F&O/AX
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end D365 implementations (minimum 6 full-cycle projects)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies, PI planning, and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations: demand planning, procurement, inventory optimization, warehouse workflows, transportation, and order fulfillment
- Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Dynamics 365 dashboards) for supply chain performance
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
