Requirements

  • 硕士及以上学历
  • 熟练掌握 PID、MPC、LQR 等控制理论与实现
  • 具备状态估计/Kalman 滤波、前馈/反馈协同设计经验
  • 熟悉车辆动力学、执行器特性(制动/转向/动力/液压)
  • 精通 C++/Python/ MATLAB
  • 熟悉实时性优化、线程/进程与内存管理
  • 熟悉 ROS/ROS2、CyberRT 中间件与HIL/MIL/SIL验证流程
  • 了解机器学习/深度学习/强化学习在控制中的应用
  • 有无人驾驶或智能驾驶控制项目经验
