About the role

  • Active sales of Caseware products, including consulting, presentations, and confident management of entire sales processes, in close collaboration with Consulting and Product Management.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and future business opportunities, based on a clear understanding of individual requirements.
  • Increase market share and ARR in the assigned territory through successful new customer acquisition, reliable deal closures, and additional growth through upselling and cross-selling with existing customers.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and action plans to deploy cross-functional resources effectively, realize revenue potential, and reliably close deals.
  • Diligent pipeline management and precise forecasting to ensure reliable projections and consistently pursue sales targets.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and expand professional networks through an active market presence and engagement with relevant decision-makers.
  • Thorough documentation of all sales activities, data, and contract details in the CRM system for transparency and efficient processes.

Requirements

  • A confident, trust-building presence and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven sales success in closing new deals as well as renewals, upselling and cross-selling.
  • At least three years of experience in the SaaS or tech environment, ideally in a quota-bearing role with responsibility for forecasts and target achievement.
  • Ability to build resilient customer relationships and develop them over the long term.
  • A structured approach to KPIs, pipeline management, and forecasting, with a high degree of accuracy and reliability.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a balanced mix of hunter and farmer qualities.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a solution-oriented focus on customer-centric, sustainable growth opportunities.
  • An independent, well-organized working style and enjoyment of constructive collaboration.
  • Excellent German and English skills for confident communication in an international context.
  • Industry knowledge in auditing, finance and accounting, or data analysis is a plus but not required.
