About the role

  • Deliver high-impact CRM campaigns across email, push and lifecycle journeys from planning and build to testing, launch and post-analysis.
  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CMS platforms to create personalised, brand-aligned customer communications that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Translate campaign performance into actionable insights, refining segmentation, personalisation and testing strategies.
  • Partner with BI, Revenue Enablement and MarTech teams to scale successful experiments and enhance campaign automation.
  • Act as the go-to CRM expert within the Trading squad, aligning activity to commercial goals and ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and process -> accurate tagging, consistent reporting and continuous improvement to optimise delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in CRM or digital marketing (ideally within e-commerce or B2C environments).
  • Proven experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and campaign management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into measurable actions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a collaborative, commercial mindset.
  • Bonus points for experience with travel or mobility brands, AMPscript/SQL/HTML, or BI tools such as Tableau.
