About the role

  • Marketing Manager managing B2B2C marketing projects for Viessmann Climate Solutions. Developing strategic communication and campaign plans to enhance visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, managing and executing B2B2C marketing activities to increase end-customer demand for our Viessmann System Professionals
  • Strengthening the visibility of our System Professionals in regional and digital channels through targeted communication campaigns, content marketing and co-branding activities
  • Providing best-in-class marketing materials and tools (e.g., templates, campaign kits, POS materials, trade show booths, social media content)
  • Developing and implementing strategic communication and action plans for partner activation and end-customer outreach
  • Advising and supporting System Professionals on marketing matters and organizing trainings and webinars for the professional use of provided materials
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies and communication concepts to position the SystemProfi program
  • Planning and managing campaigns/communications to recruit and retain SystemProfi partners
  • Close collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Academy, Product Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Brand) and external agencies
  • Monitoring and measuring the success of marketing activities using defined KPIs and continuously optimizing initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, ideally in a technical environment or working with trade partners
  • Strong understanding of partner and end-customer communication across the customer journey
  • Experience designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Confident use of digital marketing tools, CRM systems and social media platforms
  • Structured, creative and solution-oriented working style
  • Experience in project management and coordinating interdisciplinary teams; strong communication skills
  • Strong understanding of brand management, partner communication and sales support
