About the role

  • Senior Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Specialist at PNC transforming engagement data into actionable insights. Collaborating with marketing teams to drive strategy and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Audience Selection & Segmentation: Build waterfalls and segmentations for campaign lists; implement targeting rules for precision in ABM campaigns.
  • Test Design & Measurement Planning: Develop campaign test designs with clearly defined KPIs; establish frameworks to measure marketing’s impact on the sales funnel.
  • Analytics & Insights: Execute campaign measurement and generate actionable insights; track engagement and conversion trends across long lead times; use analytics to inform marketing strategy and optimize performance.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Create modern dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) for campaign performance; deliver reporting that connects marketing activity to funnel progression.
  • Strategic Enablement: Partner with internal teams and external data providers to build ABM capabilities; help define processes and best practices for marketing measurement.

Requirements

  • Experience with account-based marketing analytics required
  • Proven ability to connect marketing activity to sales funnel progression
  • Strong technical proficiency in: Python, Hadoop, and Tableau
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations
  • You have experience working with and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • You have strong storytelling skills with the ability to write and present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior and executive leadership
  • You are an independent thinker and learner with the ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
  • Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
