About the role

  • Inside Sales Manager supporting B2B partners and B2C customers for Viessmann, a leader in climate solutions. Focusing on customer inquiries and collaborating with external partners for sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support and advise B2B partners and B2C customers
  • Act as the interface between end customers and specialist partners
  • Independently resolve customer inquiries, including complex issues
  • Work closely with the regional field sales team and provide ongoing support to our partners

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in inside sales, customer service, or telesales
  • Experience selling digital services
  • Good knowledge of common Office applications; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is an advantage
  • Business-fluent German; English skills are a plus
