Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to Sales, Marketing, Service, and Supply Chain
- Provide financial insight, analytics, and decision support to drive profitable growth
- Evaluate financial results and develop performance metrics
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ensure alignment between commercial initiatives and financial forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decision making
- Prepare financial analysis and analyze strategies for pricing and profit growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, Macros) and use of AI tools to drive efficiency
- Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP preferred.
- High attention to detail and strong financial modeling, analysis, and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex analysis and conclusions/recommendations in a concise, easily understandable manner.
- Ability to tell a story with data, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
