About the role

  • Financial Assistant managing tuition and scholarships for educational services. Ensuring accurate application and supporting internal inquiries at Cogna's Valinhos office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage billing for tuition and enrollments
  • Record and control scholarships (institutional and government-funded)
  • Ensure correct application of scholarships and eligibility
  • Use Excel for data analysis
  • Handle financial inquiries and support tickets
  • Provide support to internal departments

Requirements

  • High school diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Previous experience in a finance area is a plus
  • Basic to intermediate Excel
