Responsibilities
Devise and implement effective strategies for each customer that meet and surpass customer needs and expectations to assist the growth of long-term partnerships.
Develop new strategic customers that contribute to the organization's growth and results, as well as maintaining relationships and developing new business with selected strategic existing customers.
You will be responsible for managing customer procurements in a professional manner and for finding solutions and pricing for new and existing customer
Work closely with purchasing and product managers to establish pricing policies, be able to work with large tender requests, and set prices based on sound market knowledge.
Evaluate potential marketing requirements and propose marketing tools that could enhance revenue potential for the Key Account portfolio.
Communicate and collaborate with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
Requirements
You must have strong experience of managing Key, Major or Corporate accounts within the Air Freight industry.
A proven ability to develop and grow accounts successfully via highly focused customer-centric strategies, that both create and maintain a long term alliance.
Highly skilled in leading and managing multiple major client accounts and providing bespoke solutions to these individual accounts.
First class negotiation and leadership skills, with a proven track record of problem-solving.
Excellent internal and external communication skills, with a key strength on influencing people and aligning internal teams your vision and proposals.
