About the role

  • Senior Director managing commercial strategy and team for value-added business in China. Leading customer development and stakeholder management while driving profitable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the commercial and sales strategy for the value-added business;
  • Build and scale teams to deliver revenue and profit;
  • Develop long-term customer partnerships;
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication;
  • Lead the Value-Added marketing teams to strengthen branding in target segments;
  • Provide business-lead ownership of cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field;
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of people leadership;
  • Proven account strategy and new business development capability with consistent target achievement;
  • Strong strategic thinking and structured problem analysis with industry foresight;
  • Solid project/program management experience;
  • Fluent in Chinese and English; able to communicate effectively at the executive level;
  • High integrity with an authentic, candid communication style.
