Responsibilities
Contribute to crop input sales by leading with agronomic knowledge
Execute on the organization's crop input sales plans
Position and sell crop input solutions tailored to farming operations
Assist customers in making sound crop production and risk management decisions
Maintain good relationships with key crop input suppliers
Deliver agronomic and commercial training to other customer facing teams
Work independently or with the sales team to position products on farm
Independently solve moderately complex issues
Requirements
Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
Possess a valid, full Canadian Driver’s Licence in good standing
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
Strong understanding of the crop inputs business and the significance of supplier relationships
Strong understanding of agronomic services, farm customers and the agriculture industry
Possess a Professional Agrologist or Certified Crop Adviser certification
