Responsibilities

- Structure complex business problems, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, generate and synthesize findings, and recommend solutions.
- Develop trust-based relationships with stakeholders from different businesses, including senior executives, commercial teams, and functional teams.
- Independently lead project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and high-quality outputs.
- Coach / mentor junior colleagues, fostering their professional development and ensuring productive team dynamics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university and Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) from a top-tier institution, with academic excellence.
- Experience in top-tier consulting firms and strong performance track-record.
- Experience in strategy development across growth and transformation topics.
- Experience in Asia is preferred. (3-5 years for Associates, 6-8 years for Senior Associates)
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and corporate finance (either through experience or certifications e.g. CFA, CA qualification)
- Experience in the agricultural, food, or commodities sectors is a plus.
