- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in program management, instructional design, learning development, and leadership.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving change, and scaling programs in complex, global environments.
- Experience with AI-enabled learning technologies, data analytics, and digital knowledge management platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; adept at influencing and building consensus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Camtasia, and database management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related field preferred.
