Responsibilities
Lead and manage operations within the Canadian sub-region for the Process Automation business.
Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competition.
Ensure operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.
Manage financial performance and budgeting for the sub-region.
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Manage a small team of Program Managers to ensure successful execution of projects.
Requirements
Minimum of 20 years of experience in a leadership role within Program Controls, Process Automation, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience as a people leader.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
Ability to navigate complex business environments.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
