Responsibilities
Own and deliver revenue targets across enterprise and channel-led opportunities.
Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline.
Recruit, onboard, and enable channel partners (Sis & Distributors).
Drive direct enterprise opportunities and strategic accounts.
Lead complex deal execution including proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
Position Honeywell OT Cyber Security solutions based on business and risk outcomes.
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
Collaborate with solutions consulting, marketing, product, and services teams.
Develop stand-alone cyber security business in new customers & logos with or without utilizing channels
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, OT/ICS, industrial automation, or enterprise technology.
Proven experience selling through channel partners and directly to enterprise customers.
Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English required; additional European languages preferred.
Knowledge of OT/ICS environments and industrial cybersecurity concepts.
Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIS2, or similar frameworks.
Experience with software and services-based selling.
Travel Requirement: 30–60% travel across Europe.
