About the role

Responsibilities
- Research where healthcare professionals and medical decision-makers are most active online (platforms, publications, communities).
- Analyse which types of content resonate most with healthcare audiences and identify opportunities for Medline to engage.
- Support in drafting, planning, and publishing organic social media posts on LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Assist with content creation: capturing photos or short videos at events, in the office, and during employee activities.
- Record and edit video clips for social media, using tools such as Lumen5 or similar video-making platforms.
- Learn how to monitor engagement and help prepare performance reports.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute creative ideas for upcoming campaigns and posts.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a BA or MA in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field in the Netherlands.
- Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).
- Passionate about social media and digital storytelling.
- Experience in photography or content creation is a plus.
- Available for a minimum of 6 months' internship, starting in Feb/Mar 2026.
