About the role

  • Lead and coordinate large-scale building and infrastructure construction projects
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Improvement (BI) specialists
  • Monitor projects ensuring deadlines, budgets and standards are met
  • Manage tender processes and supplier relationships
  • Drive operational excellence
  • Define and execute the automation roadmap

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering and/or project management
  • Fluency in English required
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus and lead teams
