- Ability to manage projects utilizing AI and specific cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, etc)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills including experience with conflict resolution
- Ability to pull together a group of people with diverse skills and make a functional team
- Technical literacy in system architecture
- Proven ability to proactively identify, mitigate, and efficiently resolve complex cross-team dependencies and architectural bottlenecks
