About the role

  • Senior Product Manager at HyperionDev developing tools for digital education and AI innovation. Leading the evolution of platforms and product direction for AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

  • **What You’ll Do****HyperDev (AI Innovation & New Product Builds)**
  • Define and co-own the product vision and roadmap for HyperDev’s AI coding tool and platform.
  • Prototype, validate, and ship fast, turning ideas into a live product and iterating quickly with real users.
  • Work hands-on with engineers and designers, going deep technically where needed.
  • Experiment with agentic workflows, AI-powered SaaS integrations, and new ways developers learn, work, and code.
  • Establish foundational product practices, rituals, and culture for a small, fast-moving founding team.
  • **HyperionDev (Mature Digital Learning Ecosystem)**
  • You will lead the evolution of several core B2B and B2C platforms, including:
  • **Student Portal** — central hub for learners.
  • **Mentor Portals** — enabling efficient, scalable mentor support.
  • **Placements Portal** — connecting students with meaningful career opportunities.
  • **Sign-up Flows** — intuitive, secure top-of-funnel user journeys.
  • **Website & Payment Gateways** — seamless transactions and content experiences.
  • **Internal SaaS Tools** — CRM, Student Support, Payments, Recruitment, and more.

Requirements

  • **What We’re Looking For**
  • 5+ years as an individual contributor product manager with a track record of shipping impactful products.
  • Strong technical proficiency, ideally including hands-on coding or deep technical familiarity (Python/Java preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience with product discovery and agile delivery.
  • Solid understanding of platform architecture, API integrations, and SaaS ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical groups.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to drive progress proactively in ambiguous environments. **
  • **Extra points if you:**
  • Startup experience or zero-to-one product building.
  • Experience in EdTech, ecommerce or developer-focused products.
  • A University degree is beneficial but not required.
