**About the Role**The role of the Sales Operations Lead is to serve as the backbone of the Revenue Team by managing the infrastructure, processes, and data that drive sales efficiency. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and maintenance of our CRM and Contact Centre systems to ensure seamless operations. This role involves the continuous update of policy documentation to align with evolving business needs and providing comprehensive reporting to leadership. Success in this role will be measured by the accuracy of our sales data, the reliability of our communication tools, and the effectiveness of the operational frameworks you implement to support the student journey.

**What You’ll Do****System Management:** Oversee the daily maintenance and optimisation of the CRM and Contact Centre software to ensure high uptime and data integrity.
