Responsibilities
- Develop optimal solutions for customers in beverage/food technology or brewing
- Act as co-owner of projects in Lead-to-Order process
- Support Sales in identifying best products/services/technical solutions
- Work closely with Account Manager during briefing phase
- Finalize briefing, select products from portfolio, define and initiate development orders
- Serve as gatekeeper for development requests
- Optimize and further develop portfolio in collaboration with Business Units
- Shape regional B2C assortment in alignment with market segments and application teams
- Identify co-development opportunities with customers
- Participate in innovation projects to create added value
Requirements
- Highly experienced technical expert
- Strong commercial drive
- High level of assertiveness and persistence
- Outstanding communication skills
- Degree in beverage or food technology, brewing, or comparable natural science discipline
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with SAP (ideally)
- Willing to travel for customer meetings
- 5–8 years of experience in product development, R&D, sales in brewing industry, retail, or comparable industry
