About the role

  • Account Manager Team Leader at HFM delivering strategic support and management in financial markets. Leading a team to ensure client satisfaction and team performance across a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Managers to consistently achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans where needed.
  • Oversee client relationship management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
  • Support team members in onboarding new clients, handling objections, and effectively presenting the company’s products and services.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex client issues and ensure timely and professional resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and internal policies across all team activities.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products, trading platforms, and market conditions, ensuring the team is always up to date.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, or a similar client-facing role within financial services or online trading (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred
  • Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to lead by example
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and trading products
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
