About the role

  • IT Technician providing first and second line technical support in a dynamic team at GuestWorld. Handling hardware issues and software installations while fostering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • First- and second-line technical support to users
  • Diagnosis and resolution of hardware issues
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of software (Windows, Microsoft 365, corporate applications)
  • Troubleshooting of systems, networks and workstations
  • Management of equipment (preparation, configuration, replacement and inventory)
  • Preparation of documentation for technical procedures and best practices
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and automation of tasks and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in IT support (hardware and software)
  • Good knowledge of Windows environments
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Experience or interest in automating processes and procedures using PowerShell, Logic Apps, Power Automate, or equivalents
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune/Azure AD/Intra ID.
