Responsibilities

  • Process warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes
  • Review repair orders and supporting documentation for compliance
  • Liaise with technicians and service advisors to obtain required claim information
  • Submit and reconcile warranty payments and credits
  • Monitor outstanding claims and follow up where required
  • Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation
  • Assist with manufacturer warranty audits and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in dealership administration or a warranty role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data
  • Understanding of dealership or service department operations
  • Confident computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
